Art History & Theory is about the history and interpretation of a variety of forms of art.

This includes paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, installations, etc.

Studying in this area involves learning how to 'look' at art – to understand how artists use colour, space, light, emotion, etc.

This includes being able to appreciate different artistic styles and being able to critique them.
